There are two types of rooms for rent:

The house is fully furnished (with washing machine clothes, microwave, fridge, dinner table, "japanese style" couch, heater, radio system, eletric stove, space to leave bags, and more), the bills are normally:

We speak many languages, and will be glad to teach Portuguese to our housemate.

We are two students from FAUP, boy and girl. We are on a big flat in Praça da Galiza, where we can reach a lot of public buses, very close to Letras, Arquitectura and Ciências faculties. In ten minutes walking we are in city center. In a tower with 13 floors with 3 elevators with a lot of students. Ours is situated in the 9th floor, where we can see Douro river and the ocean. The kitchen has got all necessary, and we have got wash and dry machines. Two toilets total equipped.
