For this Social Inclusion Days, we want to teach you how to be always prepared in case someone needs help. So, If you are that person that paralyzes towards somebody having a seizure and don’t have a clue of what to do, this is for you.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Workshop

But what is BLS? Basic life support is a level of medical care which is used for victims of life-threatening illnesses or injuries until they can be given full medical care at a hospital. For example, you will learn how to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) on a person. Knowledge is power and this is a powerful tool that might actually save lives.
