As a condition of acquiring an ESNcard in ESN Porto, you are hereby accepting the following terms and conditions:
1 - ESNcard - ESNcards acquired from ESN Porto are valid for 1 year, providing the information and photograph displayed on the card are clear and identifiable.
2 - Trips, activities and parties – You must be a holder of a valid ESNcard, acquired in the ESN Porto section, to access any of ESN Porto’s trips, activities or parties. You may be asked to produce your ESNcard to gain entry to any trip, activity or party. Entrance to any of ESN Porto’s trips, activities, or parties may be refused if you fail to produce a valid ESNcard.
2.1. Trips and activities – ESNcard holders have the right to participate in ESN Porto’s activities considering all necessary registration and/or purchase of tickets according to the information available on http://www.esnporto.org/. Tickets purchased from ESN Porto are personal, linked to your ESNcard, and non transmissible.
2.2. Refunds – Refunds regarding the cancellation of purchased tickets for activities/trips are only given to cancellations made 1 week (working days) before the tickets’ specified date. In order to receive the refund for cancellations, you must send an e-mail to refunds@esnporto.org. Refunds regarding the registration in waiting lists for activities/trips are given after the events' specified date. All refunds may be claimed in a maximum period of 1 month.
2.3. Deposits – Deposits may be claimed after the events' specified date up to 1 month.
3. Use of image - Photos or video taken at any of ESN Porto’s trips, activities or parties may be used for promotion of ESN Porto and its’ events
4. Programme - ESN Porto’s events programme may be subject to change. ESN Porto reserves the right to alter dates of trips, activities and parties reported on http://www.esnporto.org/.
5. Contact - ESNcard holders accept the reception of a periodical newsletter from Turismo do Porto (Tourism of Porto) containing cultural events taking place in the city of Porto.
