Porto Studios runs university residences built around one idea: that you should be able to move in and just live. Rooms come fully equipped and air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi throughout and pleasant common areas to actually spend time in. Electricity, water, gas, cable TV, Wi-Fi, surveillance and the cleaning of the common areas are all already in the price — no bills to chase, no surprises at the end of the month.

The kitchens are shared and free to use, with induction hobs, fridges and freezers, microwaves, a toaster and a kettle, plus a space of your own to keep your utensils and food. And every residence has its own housekeeper on hand, looking after the place and, quite often, after you too.

Book with a valid ESNcard and your booking fee is waived, plus money off your last month''s rent: €100 for a full academic year (1 September – 31 August), €50 for first semester (1 September – 31 January), €50 for second semester (1 February – 30 June), €30 for a 3-month summer stay and €20 for a 2-month summer stay.
