What do you need to do?

To book a room and benefit from the offer, follow one of the options below:

• Academic year, on the website: enter the code POR_ESNP_AY in section 4 of the booking process, “Select payment”.
• Academic year, by phone: mention the discount code POR_ESNP_AY to our booking agent during the booking process.
• Semester, on the website: enter the code POR_ESNP_SM in section 4 of the booking process, “Select payment”.
• Semester, by phone: mention the discount code POR_ESNP_SM to our booking agent during the booking process.

The offer is credited to your Livensa account on your last rent payment. If the rent is paid in full, the cashback is credited within 30 days after check-in. Be careful: the offer is only valid if you follow this process and add the promo code.

Terms & conditions

1. The 100€ or 50€ credit back offer is open to future residents who book a room at Livensa Living Porto Boavista or at Livensa Living Porto Campus.
2. The offer only applies to students enrolled in a course at a university or school in the Porto region who are ESNcard holders. Students wishing to benefit must provide proof of enrolment (acceptance letter or student identification card) and their ESNcard membership.
3. The offer is the sum of 100€ or 50€ credit back.
4. The offer applies to all room type bookings for lodging agreements: 100€ on bookings over 285 days, and 50€ on bookings over 151 days during the academic year.
5. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. This offer only applies to bookings made under these terms and conditions. Applications received outside of them will not be accepted.
7. Once the Accommodation Manager has verified eligibility, the offer is refunded as a discount on the applicant's last rent payment. If the rent is paid in full, the cashback is credited within 30 days after check-in.
